- $50 per person entry fee for retailers (we had four consultants attending this show!)

- $18 parking fee

- A photo copy of your resale certificate

- Invoices from (2) major manufacturers or distributors each must be over $500 and dated.

- A photo copy of your store's current yellow page listing.

- A photo copy of your recent newspaper or magazine ad.

- Print outs from three major search engines that list your company.

- A copy of your consumer catalog.

- A copy of your promotional newsletter.
